The Uprising of Nemenhigh of 1309 AC

 The uprising of Nemenhigh of 1309 AC or sometime called Nemenhigh Uprising is one of the biggest labor uprising in Kastugar which rapidly get out of control which make regular civilian which doesn't have any ties with the problem that the laborer have, but this is cause because of the high corruption within the provincial government within Kastugar and also the cowardliness of the nobles during the 6th Kastur-Magus war where they flee from their cities or territories which is one of the causes why the Kastugar loss the 6th Kastur-Magus war, the original cause of this uprising was the horrible treatment of workers of mining companies in Kastugar especially in the Nemenhigh region, where the capital is because the regional government of Nemenhigh which is run by the regional royals of Nemenhigh seem to have the same interest with the mining company, this is cause by the royals owning the company or have someone that they know own the company or even being given money to make them to not make any reform for the worker.

 At the 32nd of Askarin, the workers begin to go on strike which escalate the situation which make the normal folk of Kastugar who are also not happy with the government notice an opportunity and they begin to demonstrate with the workers, this peaceful demonstration lasted only for 6 hours before one of the mining company called "Kisyov Mining Company" that have been hiring arm mercenary, the number of mercenary is around 100 to watch over the demonstrator which is around 70,000 and the president of Kisyov order his mercenary to attack which resulted with the mercenary firing upon the demonstrator but it was stop because of the larger amount demonstrator is able to disarm the mercenary and even killed some of the mercenary, this cause a chain of event which have a 3 days battle where the royals and the mining company are trying to hold Nemenhigh Mountains and Nemenhigh city from the demonstrator which end in a cease fire when the Imperial Army are back to Nemenhigh and the Imperial Monarch declare a cease fire where they agree upon with the workers and civilian to end the battle with the Monarch enforcing national law to make the workers of Kastugar to have right, and security in their works while also the Monarch start doing trials upon the royals who have been corrupt, some of them are able to get caught but most flee with their wealth to Alvavia or any of the Magusvian colonies, for those who are caught they were imprison and most of their wealth was taken by the Monarch to be use for building project across Kastugar, this also make the Monarch of Kastugar think about splinting power of government which the king and queen discuss with some of the people who are leaders of the Nemenhigh Uprsing and next year the Monarch declare the The Kastugar Parliamentary Deal.
