The Kastugar Imperial Deal

 The Kastugar Imperial Deal is a deal that was created by the Kastugarian Monarch and the people of Kastugar as they agree to give the people some sort of system of government that isn't a total autocracy which is run by the Kastugarian Monarch and the Imperial Royals. The Agreement have started to be form after Nemenhigh Uprising of 1309 AC, which the Kastugarian Monarch begin to talk with some of the leaders of the uprising as the corruption and not qualification from a part of the Imperial Royals. The so called deal that took a year of development as the Kastugarian Monarch and the the leaders of the uprising who begin to be called the Leaders of the People are making sure the new form of government that they are making are going to be stable enough so the transition of the government will be smoothly, this is also because the Imperial Royals are probably not okay with any big reform which decrees their power by a lot, as the Kastugarian Monarch and the Leaders of the People are making sure that a civil war will not happen because of this deal.

At the 14th of Husmintur 1309 AC, The Kastugar Imperial Deal was announce during the Imperial Hearing which was a event where the Imperial Royals and the Kastugarian Monarch are gathering to talk about issues but this Imperial Hearing was a sudden one as the Imperial Hearing was suppose to be at every 30th of the month, as the Kastugarian Monarch have declare a emergency hearing. During the Imperial Hearing, the Imperial Guards surrounded the palace as a placement if any of the royals know the plan of the deal and try to attack the palace also to save guard from any pro-royals attack afterward. The Deal is announce as it is written that Kastugar will make a new department of government that will filled with representative which will be chosen by the people of their district or province, they will have the power of suggesting a new law towards their provincial government or even the inner government but this suggested law can be veto by the royals and the monarch or the law can be ask to be change by the royals, the first election will be held and the end of Husmintur that year.

Even if the Kastugarian Monarch and the Leaders of the People tried to make sure the deal gave what the people want and the royals happy enough so a civil war will not happen, it seem the royals know the plan that they have as some of the royal who didn't agree with the brother of the king agree to meet up in the Fields of Flowers in the southern part of Kastugar to begin their revolt as they agree to depose the king and then put the brother in place of the king so the deal will be destroyed with the operation going to be done during the 30th of Husmintur as the voting day will begin for the new Parliament so the guards on Nemenhigh and other important strategist position will be lessen, this operation will be known as the Kastugarian Civil War of 1310 AC
