The Adventurer's Guild
The Adventurer's Guild is one of the oldest Guild that was form, the maker of this guild is the hero of the Calamity which her name was forgotten like most thing in the Calamity Event but her nickname was remember The Red Roses, the guild was build to make people have a way to ask for help for adventurers with the guild helping making sure that the guild will find the perfect group of adventurer to deal with the client issues.
The Holy Order
The Holy Order is a guild that was build to protect Vallarian from other worldly threat, the guild was made after the Vallarian-Hell War and the guild was build by the Holy Order Family which was related to Pella who is the sister in the Tale of Three Siblings, the guild is mostly deal with training inter-plane combat and also knowledge which help the Holy Order Military against any other worldly threat, the Holy Order rarely deal with Vallarian stuff as they see it as not their place to deal with but they still help the Vallarian people if they see it is needed to save them
The Arcane Protector
The Arcane protector is a guild that is made by 10 Mages of Valla, and they want this guild to keep in order and peace between the use to be faction of mages with their different art of magic but now a day the faction of different mages have stop and the Arcane Protector mostly deal with protecting Vallarian from any arcane knowledge that is not suppose to be use or learn so they keep a lot of hidden tomes within their guild also they seek knowledge to help the Vallarian people to developed further especially with the new Arcane Technology
The Merchant's Guild
The Merchant's Guild is a guild that was made by a bunch of merchant during the 6th Kastur-Magus war to protect the well being of the economy and also to protect the wealth of them self, but now a day their goal also to make sure the economy of Vallarian grow stronger and protecting the goods and worker of Vallarian from any danger that may hurt the economy also they give out loans towards nation that may need help or have a idea that is able to developed Vallarian even further, the Merchant's guild also deal with every institution which store wealth inside of those institution as the Merchant's guild will safe guard and quality check those institution making costumers more trusting about institution which have been agree upon by Merchant's guild
The Golden Claws
The Golden Claws is a guild of people who believe in the protection of mystical animal, this guild was form by a bunch of follower of follower of the so called "Golden Claws", which is believe to be a Golden Dragon, and when the guild was form the dragon would have been a Ancient type of dragon, those followers believe that some beings are not suppose to be killed and some need to be protected but also some being that have powerful enough power that have gone rouge should be taken down, which make guild one of the best tool maker against mystical being in Vallarian, but also they store a lot of knowledge of the world from the mystical creature that they talk to

The Red Eyes is a organization that use to be a small organization of smaller thieves guild but now they have agree upon a peace or even partnership between the thieves within Vallarian to help each other and also to make their life easier from the government that are chasing them by having the backing of guild that may able to help also this made the thieves able to do a bigger operation that may need a lot of talented people or man power but this rarely happen as the Red Eyes are more of partnership to end the war in the street between the small thieves guild around Vallarian, so their organization is not as stable or as reliable compare to other guilds.
The Black Legion
The Gamblers
The Gamblers is a criminal organization which mostly doing smuggling and funding for people who maybe are shady which make them unable to gain money from the bank but with a high interest rate for the Gamblers leaded money. The Gamblers leader seem to have a strange ability that give the them their name Gamblers as they seem to able to use the power of dices to empower them self, which people tied to the gambling with their dice ability, this is even more link as they seem to own a lot of casino in Vallarian as most casino or any big gambling ring in Vallarian seem to have loans with the Gamblers which the Gamblers seem to not be interested in just getting their money back with a little bit extra but partly owning those place.
The Black Eyes
The Black Eyes are an off shot of the Red Eyes, but compare to the Red Eyes they are far more organize which is the cause of the separation between the two guild as the Black Eyes originated from some of the Red Eyes Leaders who do not have that much power because of how unorganized the Red Eyes is which they decide to make a new partnership which will have more organization between the thieves and also not follow the code of law that the Red Eyes have as they see it as just a shackle which make the Black Eyes more of a organization that far more deadly and dangerous for the normal people which make them one of the hidden organization which is cause by the Black Eyes organization making them very much hidden and the number of members is unknown but is very much low because of they seem to only pick talented thieves to join them.
