 The Black Legion is a anarchist organization that was a couple of years after the Endless War in the southern land of Vallarian, the exact day of the formation of the Black Legion is unknown currently as mystery about the group and people within the Legion it self is something that seem to be kept hidden making the already unpredictable actions of the Black Legion even more unknown towards the wilder public and even people within government bodies, even so the Black Legion have gather some support from people as their goals seem to be very much a thing that some of those people is able to support, the goal of the Black Legion they proclaim is to reset the world into a brighter future by destroying the old system that cause blood to be spill in the first place, that seem to be connect to their action of attacking already establish institution and governments within Vallarian.

 The amount of members that is within the Black Legion is also a mystery but from the amount of activity that they have been doing, the organization seem have grown in number rapidly after the knowledge of warcrime being done in the Endless War as well as the investigation that reveals other facts about the parties involve in the Endless War, which connect with the mentality of the people of Vallarian during that time period of Anti-war as well as the number of member seem to be link with the rapid amount of well known corruption that is being done in the member of several nations governments along side mistreatment that is being done towards the citizen because of those un-lawful or some called bad actors within the governments bodies of Vallarian Nations, that collaborate with all of the information of the people distrust of establish institution and governments within Vallarian, that seem to tie those who wants change to join the Black Legion.

Criminal and Terror Act

The Black Legion has been categorize not just as a criminal organization, but currently under the Union of Vallarian Nations - Criminal and Terror Act, they have been ascended to the category of Terrorist organization, making the Black Legion the first organization that the Court of Criminal and Terror, which is a branch of the Union of Vallarian Nations, found to be guilty after several incident during 1624 AC and also actions that have been during the years before by the court, this proclamation by the Union of Vallarian Nations was made at the Winter submit of the Court of Criminal and Terror which is dated to be around 24th of Tagnato 1624 AC but talks about this in private between the member of the court must have happen before the actual court session, which every nations that has join the organization of the court, have declare that the Black Legion is a terror group that may cause destruction of the balance of power as well as the harmony of nations all around Vallarian.

Inner Black Legion

The Inner Black Legion is what most people and lower tier of the Black Legion called the leadership of the Black Legion it self due to the actual name of the this leadership of the already shadow organization have, but most know the the Inner Black Legion are the people who are in power as well as probably lead by many and several people which are powerful enough and having influence that is enough that they are able to lead the Black Legions and the many amount of members to their unknown goals, which seem to be align with the Black Legion publicly known goal but the actual truth about such matter is unknown still now a day.

Goals and Achievement 

The goal of the Black legion are mostly unknown but it seem like the Black legion wanted a new system of the world, as they have been denouncing or even attacking the establish system or institution that exist within Vallarian with their many but unknown amount of number of member that exist within Vallarian or even some believe that the Black Legion have several more beyond the realm of Terra, but such things have not been proven enough to be something that cannot be establish as fact.

 Some people during the age that people like to called the Crack Covenant, start believing that the Black legion have a bigger goal than just being a group of bandits and terrorist that try to bring down some small institution but this have not been proven by any evidence that they have such plan other than attacking some establish system that for some reason they have a gripe about.
