The Free State of Delstainvia
The territories of Delstainvia can be split into 5 piece which are The Delstain Mountains, The Ashen Field, Dalvanvis Forest, The Orange Corral Region and The Everwinter. Delstainvia is one of highest amount of concentration of Tyserium Crystal as it only form in the western part of the mid-land coast in Vallarian.
Delstainvia use to be a colony of Kastugar in the Imperial Age of Vallarian before Magusvia and Alvavia who was Magusvia colony took them in the Kastur-Magus War where in the aggrement they are absorb into Alvavia but after years of rebellion from the so called 'Delstainvia Freedom Fighters' which are trying to release the now a day territories of Delstainvia from Magsuvia that they succeed at with the victory of The Great Vallarian War and The Covenant of Valla that gave Delstanvia it's freedom from any other countries.
Delstainvia mostly trying to not join into other countries politics that doesn't revolve them as they are still having issues inside of their own nation, and it seem the Inner Government which one of their job is to dealing with other countries politics to secure Delstainvia future and sovereignty have agree to only join in anything if the United Allience which Delstainvia is a part of is going to fully commit to intervene on any current situation on other countries.
History :
Imperial Age :
Delstainvia was form from the Dels Plan, which was the plan of making a colony in the now a day Delstainvia territories for Kastugar as the age of colonizing other country have started to begin with Kastugar and Magusvia racing to take over the Mid-land. Delstainvia in the Imperial Age have been distance from the native that they are colonizing preferring to make new settlements than taking it from the native as the Kastugar army was in a weaken state from the recent 5th Kastur-Magus war, and the native seem to not care about the Kastugarian army and the colony state which was called The Colony of Dels being there as long as they respect their territories, culture and religion.
This harmony between Kastugar, The Colony of Dels, and the Native didn't last forever as the Kastugar army have risen back up and the settlement of the native are seen as better location to settle for the new colony, this drive believe is cause from the Magusvia colonies which was the Alvavia, The Colony State of Maple (Now a day Mondral), and Askarian which make Magusvia stronger than Kastugar and if a war happen Kastugar wouldn't have equal power in man power and also recourse to fight Magusvia and all of it's colony.
The 6th Kastur-Magus War :
Kastugar and Magusvia after only 60 year of peace have declare war on each other again, and this war involve every colonies from this two Empire which also drag Delstainvia into this as well from being a colony of Kastugar. Delstainvia job is to mostly hold the east as the west ocean of Vallarian was rule over by Kastugar ships and with the docks of Delstainvia not big enough to host a big army for a long time making wars in the land for Delstainvia.
At the start of the war Delstainvia mostly try to attack Alvavia who was also in the war from being Magusvian colony, which failed severely that also cause the Alvavian army able to push into Delstainvia. Delstainvia try to counter attack even with the Magusvian army supporting the battle still unable to push or even fail out right, Delstainvia was push further and further with the combine force of the Kastugarian colonies which ended in when the reach the Delstain Mountains which was also the same time as Magusvia started to pierce Kastugar from the Northen-peaks, which cause the surrender of Kastugar.
The agreement that was sign included the fate of Delstainvia which was the Delstainvia now will be own by Magusvia that was change into Alvavia who was a colony and fully control by Magusvian government at that time that will take the territories of Delstainvia and let it be consume by Alvavian colony government.
Post Magus-Kastur War :
After the Magus-Kastur war Delstainvia mostly try to rebel back with no success with the Alvavian and the Magusvian military over powering the rebellion but this battle change as Magusvia and Alvavia are busy taking care with another rebellion problem that grows bigger in the States of Maple which is trying to be free from Magusvian rule, with the war of Maple Independence which make the Delstainvia rebellion able to be more organized than before and also the amount of people who believe in the cause incise especially after Maple is victories to gain it's independence from Magusvia.
There are plenty of rebel group back in the day which have the same goal of taking back Delstainvia which still fail even if they organize but not like before the spirit of rebellion still lives on.
The Great Vallarian War
The Delstainvian rebel group have mostly been silent after several tries to get back their freedom and mostly try regroup, as their plan have change from several attack to direct attack from all of all the group combine against their occupier, but mostly no action at all other than small surmise because they are waiting for the timing that will give them the best change to reach their freedom
At the year 1477 AC, the Delstainvia rebel have started to do international relation as the The Great Vallarian War have started to begin and Alvavia that rule over them having enemies from west and east (after Askarian fallen to the Maple (Now a day Mondral)) also they have rebranded their name into 'Delstainvia Freedom Fighter' as all the rebel group have combine their force under the use to be prince of Alvavia who have a falling out from his father and sister who is the Emperor and the princess of Alvavia.
The Delstainvia freedom fighter mostly help at the start of the war for any attack that Kastugar is doing towards Alvavia but at the start of summer in the year 1485 with their brand new train army that is specially design to do special operation inside of enemy territories that they did, with destroying infrastructure or supplies of the Alvavian army or even engaging them in a fight some times but they mostly hid in the shadow as the Delstainvia Freedom Fighter recourse is not as much compare to the Alvavian military that have much more that can easily fight them with number or equipment.
The Delstainvia Freedom Fighter mostly carry on with their plan of slowing down and weakening the Alvavian which help and after the Kastugarian forces push through the Delstain Mountain and finally reach the Ashen Field the Kastugar troop that is comprise Delstainvian people finally can be put into the front line and after Ravenhan and the City of Orange Corral, the Decree of Delstainvia is agree upon as the agreement agree that the use to be rebel group will be a having the land that is now a Delstainvia with them as the governor of the land.
When the Covenant of Valla was written the agreement that was The Decree of Delstainvia was also noted down as it is, Delstainvian land was a little destroyed especially in the Ashen Field as that is one of the biggest battle field that Kastugar, and Delstainvia have against Alvavia
Post Great Vallarian War
The new Delstainvian government was helped by the Kastugarian and the Mondralian government in funding as they agree upon, where Delstainvian government can borrow money from the two government with the deal of a 0.5% interest rate per year and this deal is to make sure the new Delstainvian government have enough money to rebuild it self after the occupation of Alvavia, this deal is called The Post Rebuild Act of Vallarian Nations which is discuss in while the Covenant of Valla was being form
Delstainvia government is run by the use to be price of Alvavia who sided in the Delstainvia side with some of the power of the government split towards the newly establish Congress of the Delstainvian People (CDP) but even with the help of other countries and the newly form government, the government is filled with corruption and the country is filled with a bunch of criminal-guilds running around this got into the point of Kastugar military is needed to support the Delstainvian military to stop the criminal-guild
Government and politics :
The Government of Delstainvia is a monarch-parliament, the Delstainvia have a bunch of royals inside their nation which control their regions that have been agree upon by the Inner government but they don't have any power towards the Inner Government only their region
The monarch who rules over Delstainvia is the the use to be the family of the price of Alvavia who help the Delstainvia cause of freedom from Alvavia and also his different view on his father, the Monarch is usually called the Delstainvian Royal Family which control what laws are going to be in Delstainvia and they are able to make laws without anyway to get veto, also they are able to call a war towards a another nation with the agreement of the Congress of the Delstainvian People (CDP) but even with the power to make laws without anyway to get block they rarely use this power as it is seen as a power that only will be use for tricky situation
The Congress of the Delstainvian People (CDP) are a government organization that is build to help the Monarch but the congress is holding equal power now as the 1st Delstainvia King believe total monarch is not a good option for Delstainvia, some believe this is may be cause by the King hatred towards his father ruling and see how the future may just repeat it self for Delstainvia, but also some believe the King doesn't actual want to be the ruler of Delstainvia as the King at first doesn't really want to be king but from the great pressure from the Delstainvian Freedom Fighter and the public of Delstainvia that want him to be the ruler he folded and agree but no one really know as he never told anyone

The Congress of Delstainvian People (CDP) is chosen by election and each region will have the total population divided by a hundred thousand, and election will be happening every five years at the 1st of Volken in every region which every citizen vote will count as one vote towards a accident, and the amount of accidents that will be accepted in the congress is the people who have the highest amount of vote down to the amount of congressmen they need to fill their requirement, if the amount of candidates is not enough to fill the requirement the old congressmen who are not voted again to get back to office will become one, and if the amount is not filled again, there will be another voting season 2 months from the last voting season within that region

The economy of Delstainvia is mainly from the trade of natural goods, and mostly Tyserium crystal that is naturally abandoned in the Delstainvia west coast, more in the Orange Corral Region. Delstainvia also have Adventuring Guild, as the original Adventuring Guild was form in now a day City of Orange Corral and still mainly base there even if the original head building have been move to a new building but it is still located in the city of Orange Corral.
